I am a psychologist and CBT therapist with more than 10 years of professional experience working in mental health settings, including psychiatry and substance abuse services. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing emotional difficulties, life challenges, stress, anxiety, and complex psychological needs in a compassionate and evidence-based way.

In my work, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps people understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. CBT supports individuals in identifying unhelpful patterns, developing practical coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting changes that improve emotional wellbeing and daily life.
